1. The service

BulBazman, a business operated by a sole proprietor in Israel, develops and operates mobile apps for service businesses (“Business Apps”). These terms apply to everyone who uses a Business App: the business, its staff, and its clients. A business may agree additional terms with us.

2. Bookings

Appointments are between the client and the business. Each business sets its own availability, booking rules, cancellation terms, prices and deposits, and the app shows them before a booking is confirmed. Questions about an appointment, a fee or a refund should be addressed to the business.

3. Accounts

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell the business (or us) if you think someone else has used your account. Businesses are responsible for the accounts they create for their staff and for the information they enter about their clients.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no false bookings, no attempts to access others' information, no interference with the service, and no unlawful content.

5. Google Calendar

Connecting a Google Calendar is optional. While connected, appointments are written to the provider's calendar and busy times there hide slots from online booking, as described in our Privacy Policy. The provider can disconnect at any time.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it may occasionally be interrupted, for example for maintenance. We may update the apps and these terms; material changes will be shown on this page.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BulBazman is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a Business App, including missed or double appointments caused by information entered by users or by third-party services.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
